Caroline Providenti, import coordinator dedicated to international agents in Paris, was awarded the EiM Diploma (Essentials in International Moving) following the completion of the FIDI seminar that took place in Brussels, from 26 November to 2 December, 2011.
This prestigious diploma proves the acquisition of knowledge specific to our sector and is awarded to students under a points-based scoring system.
Caroline received the Diploma following a week of training sanctioned by wwws and exams to assess her knowledge of the international moving industry.
Caroline’s evaluation by the FIDI training managers highlighted her managerial skills, alertness, curiosity, common sense and involvement during the training period. Her father, Alain Providenti, Sales Director at AGS Movers Paris, has every reason to be proud!
Caroline comments: “This training has allowed me to put myself in the shoes of every employee by studying each job role relevant to our business, for all stages of the move, from the customer’s call to the delivery of the effects. Today I have a perfect understanding of the entire process and can assist our partners and customers very precisely.”
Following her participation in the seminar, she has been asked to implement a personal action plan based on what she learnt. This plan will allow AGS Paris to improve the application of the methods, rules and advice of FIDI.
AGS has invested in many FIDI academies and today numerous management staff are EiM graduates.
